Did not honor reservation. I’ve been going to this location for several years and always have to wait. I no longer live nearby, but it is close to my parents, so it’s the place I go to before visiting my parents. Made a reservation, ordered an Uber, arrived on time, and was told I had to wait for at least 45 minutes as walk-ups came before me. I 100% felt disrespected and will never return to Supercuts.

Went for a fade, said fade the back and sides, and showed a Pic. They totally botched the job and was told to ” go to a barbershop” if I wanted a fade. Girl what so you’re not able to serve 50% of your clientele?? Lol what a joke. Typical for supercuts I guess.
