My husband took the first appointment of the day, while waiting for the door to open a lady was waiting outside. They took her before my husband appointment, we ask why we have to wait an hour if she didn’t had an appointment, the answer we received is that our appointment doesn’t secure anything. We are really disappointed that they take the person who will leave more money than to provide a good customer service. I will not recommend them.

The old guy that works there is rude. I have an appointment for 6 not 6:30!! And he’s response is well too bad. Well too bad that’s how you loose customers. I guess you’re not suffering that badly. He proceed to tell me well you can come tomorrow. Like really? I just came here TODAY! So I have to inconvenience myself because they make an appointment they can’t keep. Please! Worse experience. They don’t honor appointments. I was at my appointment time and another customer walked to the counter in front of me and with no appointment they were able to get attended before me. I informed the worker I had an appointment for right now and she pretty much blew me off. I guess my haircut isn’t as lucrative as that ladies that went before me. Will not go back.

Don’t know what had happened to this place but it has certainly and recently decreased in staff. Doesn’t matter what time of the day it is there is always just one person working and a wait here. I don’t blame the staff it’s management that needs to stop penny pinching and at least put two to work. One employee here is not sufficient enough for the amount of customers they have. You spend over an hour waiting here even if you make an online appt. Time to treat you’re paying customers better.

I used to regularly come here for waxing, but for the past 2 months the service has been awful. If no-one is available to wax eyebrows right, just tell the customers so they don’t waste their time and money and get a bad job done. If you close at 5 PM, there’s no need to rush a 10 minute job at 4:30 when there are no more customers in queue. Silvia showed me 1 done brow in the mirror before rushing the rest of the job and waxing a huge gap of the second eyebrow. She rubbed the aloe very hard on that brow and didn’t show me the mirror, instead rushing to the counter to charge me. I drove very far for this to come home and notice the mistake too late. I trusted this employee but I see I can no longer do that here. I believe I also witnessed another customer giving a complaint for a haircut, so I know I’m not the only one disappointed. Hoping I can speak to a manager soon.

This can go either way. The gentleman that I’ve had cut my hair is excellent, and detailed! There’s one lady that cuts it pretty good, for the most part. But one lady always seems rushed and tried combing my hair while I had gel it it; only after pulling my hair did she offer a shampoo.
