When I checked in 3 stylist were working, two of the stylist completed the cuts they were doing and went on break. A person called in while I was waiting, she arrived and another person checked in after me. Once the 2 stylist returned from break, they took both the person that called in after I arrived and the person who checking in behind me. The stylist who had been working the entire time told the other two they should take me and got dissension from the other two, so I told them I was leaving, the one person who had been working the entire time, said she would get me next. I felt insulted by my treatment which was unjust or prejudicial Discrimination and could not stay and wait when others were taken that had arrived after I had.

Walked out without getting my son’s hair cut. Jessica the hairstylist asked how I would like it done. I said shorter on the sides and longer in top and cut with scissors. She said she didn’t know what I was saying. I then showed her multiple pictures on google. She said she doesn’t know what I’m talking about still. She was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time. If she didn’t want to cut a child’s hair then she could have said she couldn’t do it today and rescheduled the appointment for another day.

Prices increased again. Personnel are wonderful, but it’s now $22 for just a cut. Although seniors and kids are cheaper.

Made an appointment and got there a few minutes ahead of time they said it would be a minute so I sat down. Around 6 minutes after my appointment time the two haircutters finished with their current customer and then proceeded to start on two other groups completely ignoring me even though I had called ahead to make an appointment and they confirmed me to come at that specific time.
