She informed me that there was a bit of a wait and to sign in and they would call me when they had someone available or I could wait in their lobby. When it was my time she called me over to do a consult, mind you I really had no idea what I want to do with my hair I just know I wanted to color change and to try to get rid of my grays or blend them. She listened to me and made amazing suggestions, she even consulted with her team members. They all 3 worked as a team to come up with a great option for what I wanted !! I was super impressed. And that was very tentative communicating along the way she was also very sweet and very kind. I haven’t been to a SuperCuts in probably 15 years give to take some. The moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by Annette. She informed me that there was a bit of a wait and to sign in and they would call me when they had someone available or I could wait in their lobby. Came here to get a wolf cut and a shampoo. My hair was wet so when the cut was finished it seemed pretty basic and flat. When I got home and noticed my hair was dry, my hair was completely butchered and wasn’t at all what I asked for. This man ruined my hair and I gave him a big tip just to be nice. I’m now severely depressed and debating missing some work days because of how embarrassing this looks. I really have never experienced something like this in my life and I will never return. I’m tired of crying.

Been here 3 times already, always book with Sandy, does great job with my crazy hair , and always great conversation. Will be coming back real soon. Only issues I have had is with app at times, this location has some internet issues at times, not staffs fault.

Moved to this area about 4 months ago, saw Supercuts as I was going to Publix, and decided to give it a try. Due to unknowingly having Iron deficiency anemia for several years, my hair had fallen a lot and was damaged, burnt like. I was taken as a walk-in, helped that the place was empty, and was given options on how to make the best of my visit. Ivette took care of me and gave me a layered shorter cut to remove the bad hair as much as possible and still be left w shoulder-length hair. She also guided me on what to do to make my hair healthier. I like my new hairstyle, she did an awesome job and I will come back to her.
