Too expensive!! I have a bad injury to my hand and I’m unable to wash my hair right now. I went to them for just a wash and blow dry, no cut, no styling, nothing, just a wash and dry. Very friendly staff. Usually they’re pretty busy so, it’s always recommended to make an appointment before showing up. Their rates are pretty reasonable as well. Be sure to ask for their military discount if you’re active duty or reservist. They also offer a bonus card where if you get 9 haircuts you’ll get your 10th one for free. I think it’s a pretty cool program for regular customers.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have gotta say that I really hate writing this review because this place USED to be so good… But the last year they’ve gone way downhill. Over the past 3 months I’ve tried to get a haircut 5-6 times but was met with an excuse each and every time I visited as to why I couldn’t get one done. I’ve even started calling to confirm hours and availability. And even after being told that I would be able to get one done I walk in and it’s apparently it’s not the case. Horrible customer service and for the love of God update your hours on the internet. I have gotta say that I really hate writing this review because this place USED to be so good… But the last year they’ve gone way downhill. Over the past 3 months I’ve tried to get a haircut 5-6 times but was met with an excuse each and every time I visited as to why I couldn’t get one done. Service was quick and customer service was good. That being said, it’s too expensive plus I received probably the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten professionally. I normally cut my own hair which should be a clue as to how simple my haircut is but they managed to fowl it up some how. Chock it up to a fluke but still a simple haircut shouldn’t cost $20 before a tip.

They do a good job for me. I get a simple haircut and am male. Sometimes your just another person they are cutting for and sometimes they take the time talk to you. If you like to chat constantly with the person cutting your hair its not the place to go. Not perfect, but better than some other local places. In, cut and out in a reasonable amount of time with simple but short conversation. I go back any time I need a haircut and remember the ones that do a better cut, then ask for them.
