I went for just a haircut. I had Krista (I believe her name was), who also was the receptionist, apparently. Her main focus seemed to be that, and my haircut proved as such. She spent 10 minutes max on my hair. I mentioned having it shampooed and told her I had washed it a couple days prior (so it may be due for one). She said it would be fine for another couple of days. That was the most input I got out of her the entire time. I told her how often I washed my hair, asked her what length my hair would look best regarding my face shape and hair texture and all of her answers were “that would look fine. That would be fine.” I asked at least 4 solid questions that one would look to their stylist for help and that was all I left with. Once she was “done” she saw me trying to tussle my hair around and asked me what I thought. She literally cut off 5 inches of hair and did nothing more. She made no effort to give me any sort of “style.” And I am a very easy-going person. I’m not into the latest trends, etc. I mentioned that I was used to more layering around my face and she was asking me for advice, essentially. She layered my face (kind of?) after I was obviously trying to make this haircut work. I gave up, and even made an appointment with an EX’s mother, while I was in their parking lot, (let that sink in) who has been a stylist for decades to fix what was done. Originally I was going to set an appointment for a highlight the following day but I left with a, “No way will I let anyone there ever touch my hair again” stance. I may have been there on the wrong day, wrong time, with the wrong person, etc. but I have never had such a bad experience with a simple haircut in my entire life. I haven’t been to a Fantastic Sam’s in decades, but they’re already doing a better job.

i went just for a trim and some layers, this is the laziest hair cut i’ve ever had. the girl barely even dried my hair, the layers are terrible and not blended well at all and the length is a lot shorter than i wanted it to be, it is awful. at least it will grow back. Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI waited with my son for 15 minutes for a kids haircut. When it came his turn the woman would not let me stand near him! She refused and told me I had to go wait up at the front and I told her I was not comfortable with that. She told me I would not be allowed to be with my son and we left! Parental rights matter and I told her I was not comfortable leaving my son and she should have let me stay with him instead she refused service! I will NEVER patronize Supercuts again because of her and this matter! The lady with two children right before us waited with her son during his haircut, while I was refused! I was kind-of satisfied. I told the lady long layers. She cut the back in short layers, gave me bangs and cut the sides in longer layers. People said it looked good, but I think it looks okay. My partner asked for a razor cut with another lady and the woman practically gave her buzz cut. Just go during the day call ahead and ask for the manager to do your hair or recommend someone.
