Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAs another poster commented I showed up and signed in on paper since this particular Supercuts does not use electronic sign in like the ones in Jacksonville and I asked the wait time she said 45 minutes and I said I would be in my car parked in front of the front door, (silver car in picture) because there were no more seats; and lady said ok. 40 minutes later I walked in to get an update and I was rudely pointed out that there were 8 names on the list in front of me that the 2 highlighted were call aheads. Now if she knew that before why tell me 45 minutes?! So she lied. I plotted their names on the list and suggested to the hairdresser that we will sit in our car out front of the building since there was one seat left and 4 people who needed a seat. She avoided our existence and called the next customer. We waited in our car for 40 minutes with no call. I went inside to check the line status to see that 3 more people were added to the list, 2 were checked off (that were listed after us) and we weren’t even notified. I needed to get hair cuts for my 2 boys, ages 11 & 4. I plotted their names on the list and suggested to the hairdresser that we will sit in our car out front of the building since there was one seat left and 4 people who needed a seat. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI recently got my hair cut there by Lucas and he did an amazing job. He was super sweet and easy to talk to which made the experience even more enjoyable.
