Extremely disappointed in their customer service. I walked in with 13 minutes before they closed for a kid cut. The black woman who was standing at the desk looked at me and shook her head and said sorry we are closed. I thought I’d looked at my clock wrong. When I asked what time they closed she said 5:00 and it was 4:48. I said, “even for a kids cut?” She said yes and said, “maybe someone else will do it.” Why would someone else do it if you’re “closed”. I will not be using this business any longer. I went to another store where my 4 year old and I waited for 40 minutes. It made for a very long afternoon.

Stopped in without an appointment and they were very busy. Despite how busy they were there was very minimal wait time and I got a quick and fantastic cut. Heather cut my hair and she and the other stylist were so nice- great people, I see why they were so busy!
