2 months ago had the deal they advertised for 125.00. Victoria was the stylist who did a terrible job on my hair. I recommend asking who has the most experience in color and cuts. She did not color my hair completely. Still had gray all in the back. Before Christmas I had to have it redone at a reputable salon. I don’t want to know your life history either.

I only wanted to trim my layered side swept bangs (at their shortest point was able to be tucked behind my ear, just barely). I asked her to keep my bangs below my cheek bones and told her I needed to be able to tuck them behind my ears. I received full on bangs. No more side swept bangs, they’re now cut to just below my eyes. She said I’d need to wet my bangs to style them. No amount of water makes hair longer! I know it will grow back, but in the meantime, they look terrible and they’re at an impossible length to style.. Will NEVER return.

The treatment we received from Renee was practically elder abuse. Her customer service skills lacked as if she climbed out of some distant backwater. As soon as we arrived she shunned us like we were medieval lepers. My great grandfather came in for a basic haircut. Renee was rude as hell to us. She was unfriendly, didn’t listen to what the customer wanted, and insisted she knew better than him in terms of what haircut he should get. She chopped heapfuls of hair off – each whack of her dull blade smacked of willful impudence. He asked her to thin out the sides of his hair, and she flat out told him it wouldn’t look good. So she did what she wanted – her coiled fury finally simmering as she later cut his hair with clinical detachment. On top of that, he’s 91 and hard of hearing. When she told him to lower his head, he couldn’t hear her, so she violently jammed his skull down and almost broke his neck. It was so pitiful. Other customers were very uncomfortable because of her hair trigger temper – barking at colleagues and bad mouthing soon-to-arrive customers. My great grandfather is simply trying to live out his remaining years with dignity. What we experienced were 50 Shades of Disappointment.

It is not a very fancy hair salon, although it charges like it thinks it is. This is not the fault of the pleasant employees and stylists who work there. My son and I received a pretty good haircut. Both of our stylists were very friendly and accommodating.

Did a walk in on Sunday, and only 2 others ahead of us. The efficient crew of stylers made the wait minimal. Four yr old grandson got a booster seat, n kids bib. Mom was able to sit a chair over. Upon check-out a selection of complimentary lollipops was presented!
