I wish I could’ve liked this spot. However, thankful the whole thing didn’t happen. I walk into my appointment and my box dye root touch up is an issue. They stylist made me feel like a problem and not very welcoming at all. She proceeds to do a strand test and shows how my hair didn’t lift. Then asks if I want that little strand dried. I declined because I just want to leave. I drive across the street to Hair Cuttery to encounter a much nicer salon and staff. I speak to the stylist and she books me for an appointment the next day to get my highlights. I guess the roots aren’t a problem there bc I did tell her about my box dye job. I know it’s a blessing because I’m more than sure they’re work will be better. When there is minimum effort why bother giving them your hard earned money. I’m sure she even told me that as to avoid the process and she might not have not even been confident in her abilities. Stick to the easy haircuts. I swear Supercuts is always very lackluster in general.

Walked in to see if they had availability for a hair cut, the guy who was there was extremely rude. The time I walked he, all he said was you’re gonna have to come back later, we don’t have time. Never offered an appointment time or welcoming into shop. I’ve used this place several times, but never again. Hire people who care and want to make money. I am guessing he cuts like his customer service.
