Our family has gone to this location for years, always getting great service and hair styling skills of all kinds. Every stylist is professional and friendly. I’m finally writing a review because of my experience this weekend. Currently I’m in chemo treatment, and I needed a short haircut to ease the difficulty of losing my long hair. Anyone with long hair knows it’s tough to chop it off. Eliza was a great guide through this process! Not only did she give great advice on the cut, she offered thoughtful and inspirational conversation throughout my time in her chair. Thank you so much for making it comfortable and easy!

Two pre-teens, took under an hour and charged $75.00!!! I think that was crazy to charge that. The hair cuts were ok but nothing special. If you go make sure you ask how much money it’s going to cost you. The $75. Didn’t even include the tip.

My mother, who has progressive Alzheimer’s, desperately needed a cut and wash due to her normal caregiver not knowing how to take care of her long hair. I was greeted by a lovely stylist, named Eliza, who was both kind and understanding of my situation. She polietly and professionally listened to all of the detailed information that I gave her about giving my hypersensitive mother a cut and wash (down to the temp of the water). Then she guided us back to a chair and did a quick eval on my mother’s hair and advised. Next, very patiently went through the hair washing process with my mom who is easily over stimulated. ( When I say very patient imagine someone sitting up four to five times during it.) She gave me some great tips on how to help my father and I continue to care for my mother’s hair as the cognitive disease progresses. She was precise while my mother was moving all around in the chair, and she was very understanding as I very specifically had to have a part in the personal space to calm my mom down, and keep her seated. Truly, considering I made this appointment as a shot in the dark on a very tricky day, (and I didn’t know what I would get,) I am so lucky to have walked in to this business! I have to say the hairdresser was so professional, intuitive, eloquent, sympathetic, and reassuring…I don’t know how I can give this location any less than five stars and may very seriously be a customer for life- or at least as long as Eliza works there. Knowing that this level of customer service is there, makes me believe that I would have received very similar service from any other hair stylist as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My father loved the cut too, BTW!
