Seriously the worst customer service ever. Rude and hostile. We made an appt one time and waited 1 hour. Was told walk ins come first. Then just walked in and was told appts come first. These “stylist” are running the clock to just make hourly wage. I would avoid this place at all cost.

If you want to know why I am giving them a one star review, just know that they mistreat elderly people, kicking them out mid hair wash without even offering a towel to dry off, all because of inquiring why the price she had been paying weekly for the last month went up by $10, maybe not a lot of money to some, but it is when you go weekly and on a fixed income. So to the lady who did this to my mom, hope no one ever treats your mom like that, and to Hank- well, you lost our business a long time ago when you made my then 6 yo daughter cry after you said the only way to fix her hair it so shave it and start from scratch… real nice.

I don’t write many reviews but I must say that I was very happy with my visit here. I went to just get my ends trimmed but immediately felt like my stylist knew what she was doing and I trusted her. I do not have regular person to do my hair, and as we all know it is hit or miss when seeing a stylist for the first time. I have has some pretty bad experiences . …anyhow she did some really nice highlights and a toner to correct the orange tones from my doing my own hair during covid lol. It looks fantastic!!
