Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI scheduled a 6:20 appointment. When I arrived at 6:20, I was told that there’d be a wait of about 30 minutes. There were 2 people ahead of me. I agreed to wait because I really needed my haircut. While I waited,, another customer came in and was told he’d have to come back tomorrow even though he had an appointment.After I waited for 40 minutes, the stylist asked me if I’d like to come back tomorrow because they were closing in 1 minute. I have visited this place before and was satisfied with a trim when my hair was relaxed. I came in and explained in great lengths what I was trying to accomplish which was cutting off my relaxer. I did not want to do a big chop and had been cutting my hair in increments for this specific reason. The hair stylist was very nice and seemed knowledgeable BUT she cut not only my relaxer out but also my natural hair that I had already grown out. This was very disheartening because I thought we were on the same page with what I wanted the end result to be. Once I saw my natural curls dropping on the cape I had to ask her to stop cutting my hair now my cut is uneven and I’m so frustrated. I don’t think this is the best place for my hair type but I would ve respected the stylist letting me know she was not comfortable or experienced with my type of hair before just cutting away. Once it’s cut, you cannot reattach… soooo disappointing! But lesson learned. I won’t be taking my natural hair back to this place
