Critical: Quality, ValueI came in wanting a medium length straight bob, with the dead ends to be cut. I did mention that I didn’t want a lot of length to get cut off (which that she was just dead set on) I told he it was fine if we had to go a little shorter, because i got my hair bleached and colored about 5 months prior from a different salon, so I was mainly wanting the dead ends off. She gets to cutting and she doesn’t even spray my hair with water. Now one thing I will give her is that she did give me straight. But it was blunt and the little bits of layers that she did was not even or even blended. And when I told her that she told me that it would end out being way shorter like up to my face short because she said it was to damaged, ( it’s not, the mid shaft and roots weren’t damaged, just the ends.) and then told me that there was no one else in the world that could give me the hair cut I wanted. If I could post pictures I would, of before and after. Honestly I am a 28 year old woman and I have a hair cut that makes me feel 12 again because it’s so blunt and the layers looks just horrible and not to mention the uneven bangs she gave me because she claimed that because of my cowlick she had to cut that side shorter so when I style it, that it would be straight like I was wanting. Corporate if you are reading this I am truly sorry that I was not satisfied enough to pay. If there was a way to make this right I willpay. The stylist name is Michelle Allen.
