Just moved to the area and desperately needed a cut (and style), they were cheap and walk in with short wait time. I had low expectations. Cristie got me in the chair and with just a little photo to go by that she glanced at on my phone, she gave me a wonderful cut and style that was just what I wanted. Worst experience. Went to get my 6 year olds hair cut today. While trimming around his ear, she cut his ear two separate times. No apology, she just blamed him! Best part was she then refused to finish! Do yourself a favor and go to either of the great clips or sports clips that are less than a mile from this place.

Asked for a simple fade a half guard blended up to a one guard and my sides and back simply got a half guard all the way around. Every single barber/salon I’ve been to has never failed to complete a simple fade. super cuts took 5 minutes to just use the same guard all the way around my head. 0/10 recommended. came in for a last minute haircut and highly regret it. Also missed 2 spots on the back of my head. should’ve waited the 1 hour at sports clips instead of wasting $18 for a 5 minute haircut from here.

We had the greatest experience with Tammy today! I got off work and needed my son’s haircut. We were on a 40 minute wait somewhere else so I called and they saw me asap and were so nice to my 9 year old! One lady didn’t seem too happy we were there so late, I apologize, my work schedule can be crazy. But Tammy really set the bar for us! 10/10 will see her again!

My stylist was great. But I booked a 1:40 appointment. It was almost 2:30 before they got to me. There were 4 stylists bit only 2 cutting hair. At one point there were 2 stylists cutting one person’s hair while there were 3 of us waiting.

For a salon that does both cut and color it is a shame that the staff is too lazy to provide those services. I called and spoke to a manager in advance who said they could schedule my wife in on a Saturday but the extremely rude staff stated they weren’t doing color. If it is on your menu of options you should be able to do the work. I would not recommend this shop to groom my dog much less my wife. Absolutely pathetic with horrible service.
