There have been some very nice employees here, but just when I get used to someone cutting my hair, employees change and I have to start looking for another person……The last straw was today….After waiting almost AN HOUR to get my haircut, and was just about to have my turn, a parent with a teenage boy came in and said they checked in online and had an appointment. They took the boy before me, even though I had already checked in with someone at the desk almost AN HOUR before and had two teenagers waiting with me. One of the stylists apologized and even said she didn’t agree with it, but it was Supercuts policy to take whomever checks in online first……..Ok, so much for common courtesy and taking first come / first served.

Got a great haircut from a great stylist (Sarah Harrison) and didnt have to wait forever or deal with uppity snobs like most watkinsville salons. My stylist was knowledgable and able to direct me toward the best choice of haircut for my face type and the amount of ease to style the cut i wanted. Because of her i walked out with a great haircut thats easy to style. Thanks so much i will definitely be back. Oh and i am a lady i am bears wife haha

Well the woman that cut my hair was constantly walking around and talking to her coworkers while trying to cut my hair. She told me her scissors needed to be sharpened then proceeded to cut my hair and it was very uncomfortable. Horrible experience, never going back.
