Very unprofessional people working there. One of them ruined my kid”s hair in 5 min. The whole hair cut took 5 minutes!!!!! Also mine and I have long and thik hair. Super bad expirience. We will never go back there!!! My hair is uneven and my boy looks awful.

Very awkward customer experience. When you walk in, no one says a word. All older ladies were working and not a single one welcomed me to the store or asked if I had signed in online. I signed myself in and then not a word was spoken by any of the employees my entire cut. Three women on shift and not a single word. It was extremely awkward. Will not be returning. This location needs some employees with some joy or happiness in their lives or something. Music would help as well. This just isn’t an environment any customer would want to be in for even as little as an hour.

If you have long hair or thick hair…. DO NOT GO HERE. Chris and Jeanie will complain about how much hair you have and tell you about it the whole time. Jeanie will refuse to do your hair and pass it off to Chris. The whole time they will make remarks about Jeanie owing Chris because she didn’t want to do a cut or highlights on thick hair. Extremely unprofessional. Complaining about your job that you are paid for and chose to do to a paying customer is not very good for business.

I saw the reviews so I had to write one for my girl Araceli she is the best friendly and a great stylist and she listens to what you want. Shannon was my girl for 6 yrs and left so Araceli has been just as great as Shannon. She is the only one I go to so you might want yo try her next time around. I have been going here for 7 years now. After years of ‘home’ coloring, I decided to have my hair salon-colored. Lindsey K. did it . The color didn’t come out exactly as I had hoped, so Lindsey offered to apply toner on my hair. After that, the color was perfect! Lindsey has cut my hair 4-5 times now and has always done a good job. She has a warm personality and is easy to talk with. She cares about her work and wants to make sure you leave satisfied.
