Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI took my 8 yr old great granddaughter for a hair cut. Her hair was extremely thick, curly and waist length. Charles was very patient, kind and professional dealing with her. He explained what he was going to do before he started to cut. He included her by engaging her the whole time in conversation, concerning how her hair would be, how to brush and place her bows and barrettes. She came away all smiles with her professional hair cut just past her shoulders…a cut she could manage on her own. She felt so grown up especially since she just turned 8 yrs old a few days before the visit. What a pleasant experience that could have been a waterworks disaster!! I took my 8 yr old great granddaughter for a hair cut. Her hair was extremely thick, curly and waist length. Charles was very patient, kind and professional dealing with her. He explained what he was going to do before he started to cut. He included her by engaging her the whole time in conversation, concerning how her hair would be, how to brush and place her bows and barrettes. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in to have my hair highlighted and cut. I get there and was never asked what I wanted done asked to sign in and have a seat. She was cutting a mans hair, trimmed his beard, took 35 minutes with him. When it was my turn she said only a hair cut right? I said no full head highlights and a trim. I was informed there is no color of any kind done Sunday. BUT she was quoting me crazy prices which I agreed to and finally she said I cant do highlights if we get busy I won’t be able to finish and you want me to do a good job right???No please mess up my hair. She also said it was a three hour procedure and they are only open five hours. My hair takes an hour maybe hour and a half tops… She offered to make me an appointment no thank you and as I’m leaving she kindly took the gentleman waiting. I guess you have to be a man to get service?? I have NEVER had this happen before and I will not be returning. Also, there is nothing on the web site or hanging in the store saying this. I went in to have my hair highlighted and cut. I get there and was never asked what I wanted done asked to sign in and have a seat. She was cutting a mans hair, trimmed his beard, took 35 minutes with him. When it was my turn she said only a hair cut right? I said no full head highlights and a trim. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy sister went late on Sunday to get her hair cut. My sister’s hair was down to her waist when she went in. She asked for a trim of maybe an inch or so. Courtney was the one who hacked a good 4-5 inches off and rushed her out the door. She should be ashamed of herself and shouldn’t take a customer if she doesn’t have the time to do it right.
