So upset! I haven’t had a hair cut in almost 4 years and I went in yesterday very nervous. I showed the lady, (never got her name..) several pictures and told her what I wanted. I went home to straighten my hair and chunks were missing, wasn’t stright, wasn’t at all what the picture looks like, layers were not blended, and most of all… the ends somehow are very poofy… cant even flat iron it out. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it because no one there is going to touch my hair again!

I called and spoke with Emily and she was so sweet and professional!! I was able to walk in and she took me right away! I can be somewhat a “picky” person for my haircuts. We just moved to this area so I needed to find someone that I really liked and could do a good job… she was excellent and personable!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI never leave bad reviews. I walked in at 6:25 pm even stared at their clock on the wall. My sons appt was 6:20 pm. She tells me we wait 5 minutes and then we take someone else. This clock says your 7 minutes late. Literally I point out her clock on the wall that says 6:25. She says We’ve already taken someone else. There’s one man waiting and one in the chair. She tells me they close soon and to come back another time. My son would of taken 10 minutes to cut his hair. I respect people’s time. I tip well. We were 5 minutes late due to my son not being able to locate his mask. I understand but really?! I will never walk back in this place. I was there to get my hair redone and it didn’t end up at all how I told the stylist. I asked her not to cut off too much of the front because I liked the length but to angle it a little. It went from my shoulders to my chin. My hair is thick so it needed weight to keep it from frizzing. I no longer have the weight, my hair has become a poodle. Not only that but I said I like the more jagged look in the back and just to trim a few excessively long pieces. It’s now straight like a bowl cut. This is the first time I’ve ever had issues here and I’m really disappointed. I’ve never left a salon and thought “I absolutely hate my hair and how I look.” I won’t be back for a long time.
