Critical: ProfessionalismMy husband went in for beard trim and a buzz cut. I was unaware when I paid for the services she had not cut his beard at all except for to blend the side burns in. I tried to call and speak with an employee about the problem and was met with a sassy attitude that it didn’t matter she had cut his hair and that was no solution except for o well you paid for it too bad. I called corporate because of the issue with trying to get someone in the store to help to correct the problem but was told that the owner of that store was in charge of that and my number as well the issue would be past along. My husband went in for beard trim and a buzz cut. I was unaware when I paid for the services she had not cut his beard at all except for to blend the side burns in. I tried to call and speak with an employee about the problem and was met with a sassy attitude that it didn’t matter she had cut his hair and that was no solution except for o well you paid for it too bad. Critical: ProfessionalismI called to inquire if they do children’s hair cuts, I made an appointment for my 2 year old daughter and asked the person who answered the phone who they made the appointment with and if they are experienced with children’s hair, she got an attitude and said “we’re all very experienced here” so here’s a suggestion, if you want to keep customers or gain new customers don’t be condescending to customers, it’s my daughters first hair cut and I don’t want it to be screwed up by someone who is not experienced with children it was a simple question and I didn’t appreciate the attitude for literally no reason and I won’t do business with people who are rude to me for no reason. So thank whoever answered the phone for your loss of revenue and maybe consider getting a receptionist with a professional attitude to answer the phone rather than an ego driven stylist. I would’ve been a regular customer but this being my first encounter completely ruined it. Positive: Quality, ValueCindy is wonderful and did an amazing job on my hair! She is friendly, sweet, and good at what she does. I got some highlights, and a trim and style. My son got a hair cut and even got some designs in his hair, which she did a great job on. We both left looking and feeling great. Cindy is wonderful and did an amazing job on my hair! She is friendly, sweet, and good at what she does. I got some highlights, and a trim and style. My son got a hair cut and even got some designs in his hair, which she did a great job on. We both left looking and feeling great. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMaddie did an amazing job on my haircut, she listened to what I wanted and executed it. High quality haircut and was quick. She made sure to ask questions and was checking to make sure everything was even throughout. Not sure how the other stylist are but she did an amazing job!
