We visited this location last week. It was not a good experience. The woman who cut my two sons’ hair did an awful job. I was embarrassed to send my son to school looking like that, but she is not friendly and it makes you feel uncomfortable to tell her that you want it fixed. We are just going to go somewhere else to get his hair fixed. I don’t want to name her, but this is my second experience with her. The first time was just a trim for my daughter who has long hair, so no big deal. She has a poor attitude and is short with the customers. The environment in this particular location is tense. Then the system went down and she ran our card manually which resulted in us being double charged. We called multiple days in a row about this and we were told to wait until the next day and that we could come get a refund. Finally we were told that she spoke to her manager about it and that they couldn’t do anything about it. We had to call our bank. Overall just a poorly run location with a lot of inconsistencies. We won’t be back

I had my hair cut here yesterday and wanted a long hair Bob ended up with a short chopped up snagged out wherever you want to call this cut. I was so frustrated and it’s nothing what I wanted. The lady did it in less then 15 mins. So now I will have to wait for my hair to grow back out bc the layers she pit in it goes to my dang eyes. I paid and even tipped but I will not go back there horrible

I didnt get to catch the gentleman’s name. I can tell you he was tall with long blonde hair… I got around 13 inches cut off for the summer. It was mybirthday and i also got a nape undercut shave. He knew exactly what i wanted with minimal direction. He did so well and i will be going to him for all future touch ups. I wish i could have tippex him more than 8 dollars… But this guy KNOWS what hes doing. Thank you Supercuts! I havent felt this beautiful in a hot minute.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy son and I have been staying in since March due to the virus. So my 12 has a huge afro when it’s combed out. So after his regular barber brushed us off because we hadn’t been letting him cut his hair in the early part of the virus, we had to find someone new. I thought I was calling Sports Cuts but actually I set up an appointment with Supercuts. Amanda was so kind and understand when I called and told her my son was very nervous about coming in. We got the 1st appointment of the day and she explained how they extensively clean. So we got Stephanie! And she is amazing!! I was a bit nervous about going to Supercuts because I didn’t know they cut African America coarse hair. Well I know this much from now on I don’t want anyone else cutting his hair except Stephanie. She was so precise and paid attention to every detail. I gave her a brief description of what we wanted and she took it from there. I never had to explain anything else or say “hey don’t forget to do xyz”. If I’m being honest- I don’t think I’ve ever seen his hair cut that nice before and we’ve been getting his hair cut since he was one year old. I wanted to give this review because this lady knows her stuff. Support her. They are located by the Five Guys in Acworth, off Cobb Pkwy- just before the Wal-Mart. Kathryn always asks how the previous haircut worked for me and if I want her to make any adjustments. She always responds to my requests. My hair is short so the cut is very precise. I went there today and I just love the way Kathryn cut my hair! They were supper busy and someone came in very upset they couldn’t color her hair right then. There were only 2 people working. Kathryn and another guy. He tried explaining to her that there were people in front of her and they couldn’t get to her right away. She got upset and was fussing when she walked out. They handled it very professionally.
