Critical: ProfessionalismToday I went to the barber (3480 Keith Bridge) where I have been going for 4 years. What a surprise when the NEW male barber(only one in the store) mentioned being new and needed my full name to enter into the computer. From day 1, I have never given my full name or e-mail to have a haircut – after trying to explain this and telling him the system always used my first name. He said: with no last name: “I will not cut your hair”Not sure what this was all about, but that was the last time I will get a haircut at that location.I highly recommend the “American Barber Shop” – off Keith Bridge Rd – near 400. I sure had a lively talk with my new Barber — they did a great job — her comment, we don’t need any names to cut your hair. I love it.Today I went to the barber (3480 Keith Bridge) where I have been going for 4 years. Critical: ProfessionalismWalked into shop, signed in. Each stylist was with a customer and I was never acknowledged. Stayed approximately 10 minutes. 2 other customers walked in and was immediately acknowledged. Again waiting another 5 minutes. Left and will probably never return due to unprofessionalism. This was a high dollar service that I was looking for. Their loss!Walked into shop, signed in. Each stylist was with a customer and I was never acknowledged. Liz is one of the most talented and skilled stylists I’ve ever had the pleasure to work on my hair. I’ve had highlights done professionally for over 35 years. I’ve just moved from Los Angeles proper and only went to the top salons in Beverly Hills. After moving back home to North Georgia, I thought I’d give a young stylist at Supercuts a go. She’s as good or better than any of the stylists I’ve ever experienced.

After waiting 30 min I gently asked when stylist might resume cutting hair. While her customer was under hairdryer 20 min she just disappeared. Was told ,rudely, she was in the bathroom. If someone needs to eat or whatever and 4 people are waiting, can we not inquire about the plan?

Horrible experience here. If I could rate zero stars, I would. I went in with beautiful long hair and walked out with short butchered hair. Liz was very nice but it was nearing close and she was rushing.

Mina was a difficult person to work with. I showed her a picture of exactly the kind of haircut I wanted for my son and she was unwilling to do it. She made up her own haircut and wouldn’t fix. I finally had to ask to speak with the manager who agreed with me and promptly cleaned up the haircut.
