Amanda was awesome! I went online to set appointment, but when hitting back button I thought I might have deleted. I went to shop at time I had requested. All stylist were w/ clients. Amanda was working to clean her station and greeted me immediately. Said someone would be with me in a few minutes. She called me to the desk a short time later. I told her the situation about trying to book. She said no problem, I’ve got you. She took me back, asked what I’d like and even offered to wash my hair, which I was not asking her to do. I was treated with respect and in a world where customer service has disappeared, Amanda has great customer service skills. I will definitely be back. You guys should be very proud to have her in your shop.
