Critical: QualityI am new to the state and needed a good trim. I showed a picture of a basic bob type haircut with light layering. Kat shampooed me and we walked through everything I wanted. When the haircut was done my hair was still wet, I noticed the length was much longer than I wanted but didn’t complain because I’m very easy going with my hair. After getting home and trying to style my hair for work the next morning I realized just how bad my hair looked. I cannot wear my hair down and I have no way of really fixing it unless I was to cut it all off. The manger was very nice gave me a refund and offered to fix it for me. There just really isn’t much fixing she could do. Please do not see kat for a haircut. I don’t want anyone else to experience what I have. We tried the one at azalea square, but she had the door locked and said she was all booked up, despite the app offering me times to check in. So, we went to this one on Central. The staff was so much more friendly. Kind to my daughter who was very anxious. We’ll staffed. It’s a longer drive but this will be our place from now on.

Almost 2 months ago, I was going out of the country and my hair was a mess. I found many places around, with 2 hour plus waits. This place had a 45 minute wait and it takes 35 minutes to get there. I went there by default. I was greated by a young lady named Claudia. I’ve had cheap haircuts and extremely over priced ones. If this one wasn’t the best, I can’t remember the one that was. To top it off, she was very up beat and personable…I went back this Sunday, in preperation for another trip and it was more the same. I passed 8 places, where I could get my hair cut, on my 30-35 minitue drive there. I won’t be going to anyone else.

I wish i had better pictures to show! I tried to cut my hair myself and let’s just say … the youtube tutorials did not get me 100%. I went to supercuts to get my hair fixed by a professional and was seen by Claudia, and i’m so happy i did! I hope supercuts knows who they have. she worked through my mess and got it EXACTLY how i wanted it, maybe even better. I am in love with my hair and the experience was even better. She was very welcoming and made conversation, I struggle with sensory issues and usually haircuts are overwhelming but she made it a very easy and great experience. THANK YOU CLAUDIA <3

Third time I have made an appointment and still had to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen. I understand haircuts vary in time. But what’s the use of making an appointment if they know they’re not going to be able to adhere to it. Quite unprofessional.

Just moved to the South Carolina area. Worst haircut experience of my life. Don’t remember the stylists name but she had no care in the world about doing her job correctly. This was a last-minute decision to call to see if I could pop in for a quick cut. Claudia answered the phone and told me to come on that she would be happy to take care of me. 10 minutes later I was greeted, seated and the perky Claudia was asking me what I would like to have done. She was extremely pleasant, and I didn’t get that usual feeling of awkwardness that one might find having a first-time client in your chair. The conversation was nice, the cut was great, and it was truly a genuinely pleasant visit. I’ll be back and I will be asking for Claudia.
