Took my elderly mother in law for a cut. Her hair was absolutely butchered. There was no fixing it , I ask for a shorter cut in the back and what they gave her was basicly a mans cut. Most of the “stylist” are fresh out of school as they ask the other stylist how to do certian things. We definately will never go back !

Went in for color and cut and then decided to also do an eyebrow waxing. Laura was so nice to have offered to do it as she was rinsing my color out. She did a great job with both color and waxing. She asked if I’d like to do layers for my hair and decided to do that. Though I didn’t notice at the time, I looked a little more closer and discovered that she had only layered my hair on one side. Since it didn’t look too bad, I just decided not to go back and have her fix it. Of all the times I have gone to this particular store, I have never had a bad experience. Everyone has been so nice and personable.
