By far the worst haircut I’ve ever received and I’m extremely easy going. I asked for 2 or 3 inches max and she cut 6. My hair was drenched wet so badly she couldn’t even see the hair the cut it straight so by the time I dried it and looked, it’s one inch longer on one side and completely choppy. Then the eye wax is completely uneven! She jerked out more hair on one side then the other and all the way home I was pulling wax out of my head hair. So sloppy and horrible. Now I have to pay to get it even shorter to fix the jagged edges. She’s definitely not ready to cut hair alone and needs much more training. Maybe if I wouldn’t have gotten her, it would be fine but we had to have a back and forth at the beginning with the store manager trying to figure out who was going to have to do my hair….. Place is a joke. Spend more money with better stylist.

Absolute worst haircut I’ve ever had and my mom used a bowl to cut my hair. Entire hair is choppy, even the fade with the clippers. The girl was nice, but she is way too brand new to leave to her own devices. Didn’t even wipe off the hair off my forehead. Uneven haircut. They raised the haircut prices to $24 and that is the worst $24 I ever spent and I play lottery. Don’t go here. It is worth it to pay more, because now I have to pay another stylist to fix this butcher job.

Victoria is the BEST! I made an appt the same day and she got my daughter and myself in before she left for the day. She is the only one I trust with our hair. My daughter is mixed and has very thick, curly hair. Victoria knows what she is doing! She gave my daughter a moisturizing treatment and is very knowledgeable about what products work best for her hair type as well as mine. She got me a regiment of products that I am using to fix my split ends and I love the products she suggested! She will forever be my go to hair dresser! Go see her if you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere in the past. I’m sure you’ll be back to see her again!
