I got a haircut here last Sunday. I signed in online ahead of time and requested Tina. She has cut my hair in past. Since I had signed in ahead of time, I had no wait; that was great since the salon started to pick up while I was in the chair. I was getting a new haircut that I hadn’t had before. I felt completely comfortable with Tina’s skill and expertise to give this cut a try. She did a fantastic job. My cut is amazing. I got several compliments throughout the week on my hair. I had asked Tina for tips on how to style my hair at home, and I had also purchased the shampoo and conditioner that she used on my hair. It has made a huge difference. The salon was very clean, and all Covid-protocols were being carefully followed. I will definitely be coming back when it is time to get my next haircut.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very rude staff right when you walk in the door. They require masks inside which is fine even though Charlotte dropped their mask mandate a week ago. I did not have a mask on me since it is no longer required anywhere. They tried to charge me $1 for a disposable mask to wear! Stay away from this place!

The best place of all the style type businesses. They keep notes so one does not to repeat instructions. Tip – get the app! Make an appointment before you go. It’s become a pretty long wait at all the locations. It’s also expensive, as with everything today. Normal cut was 21 dollars, and goes up from there.
