I was in slightly while a friend got her hair done. A women up front named Kari was working. Let’s just say I’ve seen bags of fish gravel with better personalities. Sad how one miserable human can bring down the moral of a whole business. In such a short period of time, I was miserable listening to how she handled herself and spoke to the employees working along side her. I would hope for the sake of the business and happiness of hard workers, her position is replaced by a more stable and happy personnel.

The first time the color was too light and she fixed it. It was perfect as were the other times after. I go in today and she is not there, so I asked for the man working to do it. First, he had to go run to the phone store and would be back in 15 min. As I leave another person walks in to get a cut and he proceeds to cut his hair. REALLY!?!?

The owner of this establishment has incorrectly responded to my complaint. If the owner would check the camera and see the employee did leave the salon to go get the info from the store manager, you will see I am correct. It is before the time frame that you mentioned in your response. I was parked next to him in the parking lot when he got into his car to go to the managers house. The time you refer to was the 2nd time I was in the store and checked in. Check your cameras for an earlier time that morning and you will see I was in there prior to getting checked in on the second time I came in, and I am correct. You will also see where the gentleman came in for a haircut prior to my leaving and waiting the 1st time.

I came in about two weeks ago for a trim and had Stephanie. She was very nice and seemed knowledgeable about my hair type. She mentioned for me to do long layers to help. I agreed since she seemed like she knew what she was doing. Now I wish I said no. She cut my hair way too short! The top section of my hair is up to my shoulders while the rest in down past my chest. Looks like I have a shelf. She has cut my brothers hair before and did a great job. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you have thick curly hair. Other than that, the place is very clean and the rest of the staff is friendly.

It looks like a two year old took trimmers to his head. VERY DISAPPOINTED! How did this person pass boards?? I told him he should not have paid for this terrible service. He is now going to another salon to try to get this fixed. Stay clear!!
