Critical: ProfessionalismUnbelievable. I made an online appointment for 5:30pm (they close at 6pm) and when I get there they have the door locked while cutting someone’s hair with a hand written sign saying “Closing at 5pm”. Really? My son and I have been customers since it opened. We go every two weeks I get my beard trimmed and my son gets a haircut. Over the last few months they have reduce their staff to one stylist in the evenings. Although this causes longer weights we have been continuing to go as we really enjoy the stylus that work there. The last couple of visits we’ve had to wait an extended amount of time past the check in time due to its lack of staffing. Today we checked in at 5:45 and the time said that we would be seen at 6:15. We showed up at 5:55 and the gentleman was there just sitting down to get his haircut. While we were sitting waiting another family walked in who obviously checked in before us. Susan the stylist call the family and trim their hair we were not seen until 7 PM. My patience has run out with the management of this company. The service of the stylist has been great but he is becoming not worth sitting there for an hour plus to get our trim. I don’t understand why the ownership or management does not schedule more than one person between the hours of 5 PM and 7 PM? This seems like it would be the busiest time of night as people are getting off work and coming home. It’s unfortunate because great clips down the road always staffed 3 to 4 Silas and you can get in and out really quickly. I believe I will start going there so I don’t have to sit around after I check in for over an hour. It’s too bad.

I came here with my husband and son for their hair cuts. This was their third time coming to this location. They had been raving about the place so I was expecting a great experience. They love the hot towel treatment. I was actually hopeful that I could go here for myself when I saw they offer color services. Boy, was I in for a surprise! Absolute WORST experience at a salon in NC since moving here in 2012.
