Critical: QualityFirst off my hair dresser was Jalicia and she was super sweet and she really took her time. Watching her do my hair it really looked like she knew what she was doing. The whole time we were talking about how it was just hair and how people would complain just to get something for free. She said her favorite thing to do was coloring so that made it that much harder. I asked for a lot of blonde highlights and what I got looks like she literally just bleached my roots and there is a line all the way around my head. I’ve never gotten upset about my hair but I did yesterday just because that was a lot of money for me. She really was so proud of what she did and I could not bring her down but I don’t know how in the world she thought this looked good. Will never return unfortunately and will be getting it fixed next week. I hate having to walk around like this for over a week though. As far as customer service she is a 5 and I watched her do a mans hair cut and it looked great. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here a few weeks ago to get a haircut. Jasmine was my stylist. She and the other lady working were so friendly, and Jasmine gave me a great haircut–exactly what I wanted. Great price too. I’ll be going back!
