Overall, I’ve come to this location a few times and i’ve never had any real issues. unfortunately, the experience i had today will make me not come back.. I called before hand and made sure i could come in. i was taken soon after and i asked for a wash, cut and blow dry. the wash was kind of rough. i have long hair and i know it can be annoying to wash but i shouldn’t feel like my hair is being pulled out of my scalp. the stylist squeezed my hair as if she is ringing the water out of a shirt. After that i decided i didn’t want her to blow dry my hair. She took me back to the chair and she didn’t ask me how my part was. I just told her i wanted the cut to be straight across. Other than that, she really did not speak to me the entire cut. As soon as she finished she told me i was all set and really didn’t show me the cut or offer to put in any product or anything. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, But unfortunately when you’re getting your hair cut you should have a good experience all around. People have bad days, but when someone gets their hair cut not only are they paying for a service, but they want to be relaxed and not feel like an inconvenience. After i left, i really was annoyed I called the location to see what the persons name was and was placed on hold, where the manager told me her name was Christina. Honestly, I didn’t tell the manager what my experience was only because that’s not going to necessarily help other people deciding on where to get their next hair cut. But I’ve had other stylists here before and i’ve had positive experiences! 🙂

I have never been to a hair place that only takes appointments the same day. Tried to call for a morning appointment the next day and was told to call the same day at 9 AM. I’ve been in the nail business for 10 years, and if I did this I would never have clients LOL. To each their own I suppose. Oh, and all Supercuts do this, I just called 4 of them.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueToday we took our 2 year old for his 2nd hair cut ever. ( his first one was awful ) Natasha cut his hair and she was so patient and kind. She did an amazing job considering the baby was moving his head alot. We will definitely be back!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe stylist (I think her name was Stephanie) spent about 2-3 minutes cutting my hair and was very clearly trying to rush me out of her chair. She did not cut my hair how I asked, she barely cut it at all. I asked for 2 inches off all around and maybe ended up with .25 inches cut off. She didn’t show me a mirror to check the cut, didn’t give me a receipt. I felt very discriminated against and definitely won’t be back. Also complaining about having to wear a mask made for a really uncomfortable experience. Horrible, lady butchered me. Bad cut. I told her to stop and questioned the cut but…she kept going. She even cut my ear and started to bleed. She did not care. Didn’t sanitize the clippers. Some people need training. Would give this zero stars STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH IT!!

Decided to hit up our local Supercuts for my daughter’s hair cut. She wanted a simple cut straight through. As you can see there’s nothing straight about this cut, she was in and out within 11 minutes! I feel so insulted the fact that they sent her on her way like this and due to company regulations due to covid I wasn’t able to go in. They should really change that since a child won’t know to complain! Never going back here even if it’s free I didn’t even want to go back for them to fix it afraid that they’ll make it worse.
