Very knowledgeable of different products and methods, and has given me step by step instructions of what she is doing, so that I am able to do it myself. She’s the only person I allow to touch my hair, so when she made the move to Supercuts, I was happy to follow!! Critical: QualityI came in and asked for a trim and he ended up taking 3 inches off the length. The layers were horrific and all over the place. My hair had a ledge in the back. I went to another salon, and they said it was the worst layers they have ever seen. No shape or flow to the hair. To fix it completely, I will have to cut another inch off of my hair.
