I went in asking for a trim to take off the dead ends. The lady took over 5 inches off!! I had long hair, reaching my lower back, and it’s well taken care of. No way I had 5 inches worth of dead. She cut my swoop bangs off, didn’t blend into the sides like I had asked, the layering in the back was SUPER off between the left and right side, and absolutely no layering in the front. I had a straight line cut and left with a very dramatic v cut. The bottom of the v looks like a tail. From what I can tell, it’s always the only same lady that works there, and I was WAY to scared to let her anywhere near my hair again, so attempted to fix it on my own enough that it doesn’t look too terrible until it’s got enough length again to get it properly cut. Worst haircut of my life.

I walk in at 11:35 and there is 1 hairstylist working the entire building. I sit down and wait 30 minutes for someone to come in and have an appointment online to skip in front of me and get 3 of their kids haircuts. I am fine with that but why have 1 stylist working as a corporation? Will never use this company again

Love her attention to detail especially that I’m so picky with my hair, that’s why she is the only one that touches my hair. I am so lucky to have found the best hair stylist and colorist. It is so relaxing to go there and to know that you will get the best haircut and color and walk out feeling amazing. Always feel like a million dollars after Maria does my hair. Maria has magical hands. Love her attention to detail especially that I’m so picky with my hair, that’s why she is the only one that touches my hair. I am so lucky to have found the best hair stylist and colorist. Ruined my hair, she wouldnt do what i asked and disagreed with everything i wanted done, she also had a nasty additude the whole time while i was trying to be non confrontational and easy, i got my haircut a week ago and keep finding uneven spots, i will never be coming back and if you dont want to get stuck with a terrible haircut i would really go somewhere else

Woman in the shop acted as if she was doing me favor that she was there. Took as little time as she could to trim my hair and didn’t even take the time to see if she had cleaned up the sides to make them even. Ended up having to just go home and use my own clippers to fade my sides. Maybe these 4star reviews are for a different location, but going in on a Saturday to see the place completely empty after great clips had a 120 min wait should have been a sign for me to turn around! Woman in the shop acted as if she was doing me favor that she was there. Took as little time as she could to trim my hair and didn’t even take the time to see if she had cleaned up the sides to make them even. Ended up having to just go home and use my own clippers to fade my sides. Waste of time, waste of money, but at least now I know never to go back…..

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI ask for my ends to be clipped and a little length taking off of one side being that my hair had broke off some on opposite side.. She literally made 3 snippets to my hair and was handing me a mirror. Never clipped dead ends as requested more then once. The stylist also kept trying to change mind on what I ask for.. I have been doing my own hair for years so my request was simple and wouldn’t of taking her long at all but she clearly wasn’t interested in working today. I was out of here chair in 10mins and 6 of those mins she spent trying talk me out of what I asked for and telling me I owed her 18.75 for blunt cutting my hair even on one side, Which is not what I asked for..
