Critical: Quality, ValueMy son got a haircut and it was like fast food 10-15 min trying to get him out to get the next client. Didn’t make sure haircut was even or the finish and when I saw it I wanted to get out. Had to even it out and clean it at home myself. He had longer hairs around the ear and fading was not preformed properly. My son got a haircut and it was like fast food 10-15 min trying to get him out to get the next client. Didn’t make sure haircut was even or the finish and when I saw it I wanted to get out. If you don’t want highlights that are very blotchy as well as highlights that look like you have been swimming in a pool for a few months then do NOT go to this salon. They didn’t even use any type of toner, didn’t put any product or style my hair after. I ended up having to go to another salon to get my hair fixed because it was so bad. If you don’t want highlights that are very blotchy as well as highlights that look like you have been swimming in a pool for a few months then do NOT go to this salon. They didn’t even use any type of toner, didn’t put any product or style my hair after. I ended up having to go to another salon to get my hair fixed because it was so bad. I had a free Saturday and Supercuts takes walk-ins. I had called a few stylist and even bought a groupon but it would be another 3-4 weeks before she could fit me in. Everywhere I called is like that. I walked in with no waiting and Amanda and Zee helped me decide on a highlight and cut service and got right to it. I received my services from Amanda who did a great job highlighting my hair and bring it back to life with a beautiful cut. As I was processing watched Zee produce beautiful, fast, and efficient services. The whole experience was wonderful. I hadn’t had my hair cut since COVID started and where I get my hair cut pre-covid is only taking appointments 9am-5pm and I work during the day. I had a free Saturday and Supercuts takes walk-ins. I had called a few stylist and even bought a groupon but it would be another 3-4 weeks before she could fit me in. Everywhere I called is like that. I walked in with no waiting and Amanda and Zee helped me decide on a highlight and cut service and got right to it. Critical: QualityHaircut last week from Zee, who has cut my hair twice before and did fairly well. It’s the second worst haircut of my life, uneven all the way around with longer tufts sticking out. It’s crooked across the front, too. And looks like Moe from the 3 Stooges.She got in a big hurry when 2 more customers came in, and I couldn’t tell what it looked like until I got home and washed it and tried to style it. Haircut last week from Zee, who has cut my hair twice before and did fairly well. It’s the second worst haircut of my life, uneven all the way around with longer tufts sticking out. It’s crooked across the front, too. She was being overly aggressive with moving his head around and asking him to move his head around. She even asked him “do you speak English?” at one point, even while hearing him and his sister speak perfect English to one another. It was obvious she meant it to be rude as if he doesn’t understand the instructions she was barking at him. I took my son to get a haircut and the stylist cutting his hair was super rude. She was being overly aggressive with moving his head around and asking him to move his head around. She even asked him “do you speak English?” at one point, even while hearing him and his sister speak perfect English to one another. It was obvious she meant it to be rude as if he doesn’t understand the instructions she was barking at him. I had a bad/uneven haircut from a “fancy” salon and Sanovia not only fixed it but did made it look like a $1000 hair cut!! Can’t wait to go back to her for my next cut!Service: Haircut
