The beautician that cut my hair did an excellent rendering of what I was looking for. I am not particular about if my hair is cut exactly “like a picture” presented. Everyone’s hair is different, but she was able to cut it so that when I style it, it is exactly what I want. No many people have done that for me and it is okay.

Stopped in for a pretty simple cut without an appointment. The ladies working were very nice and the wait was brief. The stylist cutting my hair stopped and sought help from another, who told me I could come back in a week or two and they would “fix” the cut for free. Not a good experience.

It must be family and friends posting positive reviews. I went in for the 2nd time in 3 days and was told I was going to be in for a long wait. I understand that in most cases, but on Saturday there were 4 people trying to get a haircut with only one person working. Only one person working on a Saturday when that’s a lot of people’s day off work?? Today(Monday) I went in with, again, one person working and only one in the chair. Why have multiple chairs and only one person working?? I don’t blame the employees, whatsoever. One time I can understand, twice in three days is simply mismanagement. I just moved to the area, and I won’t be back.

I made an appointment for my son, so we wouldn’t have to wait for a haircut. But sat there for 20 minutes because the only person doing appointments was still cutting someone’s hair.
