Came in to get a hair cut. Was told they were going on break would have to wait till after in 30 min. I stated ok I’d come back after their break and asked if I needed to make an appointment. Was told no that I would be fine. Came back in 20 min (10 min early) and they put someone in front of me and the stylist was still on break. I left. It is one thing if I came late or the stylist came off break early and I wasn’t there. I followed the time frame, I respected they had to get a break without question yet I and my time was disrespected.

She listened and asked if I was alright. The only problem was the website said it would be 16 but it was 20 but what’s 4 more dollars. I was very nervous because I was getting a lot of hair off. My hair was to my shoulders and now it’s shaved all over except the top. Perfect and on time! She listened and asked if I was alright. The only problem was the website said it would be 16 but it was 20 but what’s 4 more dollars. I was very nervous because I was getting a lot of hair off. I walk in and the stylist greatest me by saying it would be an hour wait. I reply that I had an appointment. She asks if I’m the 440? I said yes and then she said it will be around 540. Just got my hair cut by Stephanie after losing hope of ever getting a good haircut in Newport News. She took her time and made sure my hair was exactly how I hoped it would look. V well located specially for college students and people living around Newport News. Amanda is by far the one who gives best haircuts. I had a bad experience once with another worker and received a call from the manager appologizing about the situation and offering me a getting my haircut fixed by Amanda the following day with no extra charge. This definitely tells that they care about costumers and was truly impressed.
