Got my sons hair cut today. Not only did we get pretty rude service to start with, we asked for a fade and trim. I don’t think the girl who did the cut even knew what it was. His hair is patchy, uneven and I’m currently on the run to find somewhere else to get it fixed asap. The other man in there was also getting a fade by a girl who was obviously training due to the questions she was asking our stylist, and his hair was absolutely ridiculous looking. His fade was also patchy and uneven. Just disappointed with overall service and attitude. Will never return

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have had the same length and style for over 10 years (almost to my waist) and was finally ready for the big chop. I proved the stylist William with a reference photo of curtain bangs and breast length cut. I had asked the stylist to keep it slightly longer than the photo and pointed to where I’d like my length. The stylist agreed and when beginning the haircut decided he would do a v cut without asking. He messed up royally and it looked more like ___v_. Of course I had him remove the V because it looked to bad. He even made a comment that he didn’t know why there was so much more hair on one side. Once he removed the V and cut straight across my hair was so choppy. I should mention he was cutting my fine, thin, straight, blonde hair completely dry. He also only had me look down once for just a moment. He never parted my hair. Like I said, I wanted slightly longer than breast length, however I ended up leaving the salon with choppy lopsided collar bone length hair. I expressed I was unhappy and asked why he didn’t do the cut I wanted and why it’s many inches short than what I wanted. His only response was that at least all the dead hair is off and it’s healthy now. He still had me pay for the service. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay someone to fix it which will just make it shorter. I feel so insecure about my haircut and hate I have to go out in public with this mess until someone can fit me in to get it fixed. I shouldn’t have paid for this service and I absolutely deserve quite an apology. Please save yourself and your hair and run away from this place.

I realize that my experience isn’t indicative of the entire salon and maybe the girl who cut my hair was having a bad day. She was rude and basically hacked my hair up. I asked for a trim, to just neaten the ends. It’s choppy and I plan to go back and have it fixed as I wanted to manager to see it first-hand before it grows out. Otherwise I’ve never had a bad experience at any Supercuts.

I usually have a great experience but there was a new woman there and she took big chunks out of my hair. She did not know what she was doing and the guy before me had a line across his head from where she “tried” to fade it. If you can’t cut hair don’t gain experience off of paying customers. I’ll go back but I’m not having her cut my hair again.

I ended up walking out right after walking because of how rude the staff was that I wanted a hair cut. There was 1 person getting their hair cut and no one waiting in line. The lady with the red hair was shaking her head and throwing her hands in the air when I asked for a haircut. Very unprofessional and I wasn’t going to risk getting my hair cut by someone who obviously doesn’t want to do their job.

Under new management- great customer service- needs a little more color or decoration to the place but very professional! They have good product sales and Jaime who was my stylist, really knows what she’s doing!! She knows how to cut my hair in ways that will flatter my face and does exactly what I ask her to do- no surprises!! Took me a long time to find a great stylist- she’s wonderful! Highly recommend her and the place is super convenient ( in same place off of Jefferson as Once Upon A Child/ Tuesday Morning.
