So, I was greeted and cut by Rhonisha. I asked for a cut and a shampoo. She asked if I wanted it before or after to which I said after. She was in a hurry, I asked her to blend better to which she said” it is blended but I’ll do it again”. I was polite, she wasn’t. Got the shampoo. Everything done with one hand. Then, when I went to pay, I was charged 30 not 27. She told me I got the “Tea Tree experience” and that’s not listed on their menu. I asked why and she didn’t have an answer. Just said it’s on my receipt. I didn’t ask nor was I asked or told until time to pay. It’s only $3, but that’s dishonest. Glad you can mark off an up charge. Not returning again. I’m not a fan of thieves.

I left a good review a year ago. I used to love this place, but today my wife went for a haircut. She asked for it to be dried afterwards since nobody was waiting, no problem. It wasn’t styled but she was charged $20 for the cut, another $21.75 for blow dry and style and an extra $10 because her hair length is in the middle of her back. The stylist was great and expected to pay $35+tip but whatever extra charges these are just lost my biweekly business.

I went in to get my hair trimmed today. The last hair cut that I got was pretty bad so I knew that I’d have to get a few inches cut off to fix my hair. I told the stylist that I wanted 2-3 inches off. I have long hair that I’ve been growing out for years. She showed me how much she was going to cut off and I said that it was okay. Then she cut off 6-7 inches of my hair. My sister who was waiting to get her hair cut was shocked at how much she cut off. Now my hair is short when I asked for a trim. It was a good haircut but was not what I asked for.

Robbie who cut my hair was very nice and friendly. I only needed a trim and it turned out great. Often hairstyles cut my curly hair too short so when it drys it’s shorter than I wanted, but not this time. Great value too.
