Pure laziness. We arrived 5 minutes after opening and my wife was turned away for a cut, bilirubin and highlights. The employees were less than helpful and even bragged about turning people away.the manager at this location is amazing and I have seen her in action and the customers love her. It’s a shame that when she is away, these employees act this way. As someone who has utilized this location for almost 20 years, I and my family will not be back.
