They do what you ask with little wait n reasonable prices. If something is not right they will fix it with in 7 days. Only downfall is when you find a good hairdresser they usually move on. Have to break in a new girl all over again. Make sure they put your numbers for colors in the system.

I’ve been taking Gage (my 15 year old son) to Monique at the Supercuts on Mooretown road in Williamsburg for years. (It’s where he’s comfortable going despite me trying to convince him to go elsewhere.) She never remembers him, which is fine. She’s busy and sees a lot of people. He’s been getting the same haircut done by her for the past 2 years. He tells her what it is every time. (Simple undercut with a #4. trimmed short above the eyebrows.) It’s been uneven before, but never so much that it couldn’t be easily fixed. It’s not even the right haircut this time! She didn’t listen to him and then got angry with me when I mentioned that she was blending a cut that obviously had never been blended and she hadn’t even shaved under it! (Only up to his ears was shaved and she was trying to blend that into the long hair on top.) After getting angry at me over her mistake, she continued to slick his hair back (even after he told her that he wears it parted down the middle) to hide the fact that the front and right side are longer than the left where she had started trying to blend it. She even put product in his hair after he said no thank you.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in April 20th around 12:45pm, I registered online. I needed a shampoo, slight trim and braid no blowout. I was looking forward to having my hair shampooed before going in for surgery on the 22nd of April. Healing will be one week after before I will be able to shower. The stylist didn’t even get the shampoo foaming and just every so slightly touched my scalp. No gentle message of scalp to remove any build up of one week since washing and attempted washing only once. Same with the conditioner mind you it wasn’t even enough conditioner applied. I can sit on my hair. Rinsed what conditioner she did apply. Sat me in a chair trimmed my hair and French braided it. The actual braid was ill braided. Paid $41.00 for the service and tipped her $7.00. I felt very uncomfortable with her. She was the only employee there so I didn’t say anything I was scared to. I will not go back to this place again. Used Super Cuts many times over the years. I am inconvenienced since I need to take out the braid and wash my hair myself. I won’t have it braided now for surgery and for them to put my hair under a surgical cap. I was looking forward to having my hair shampooed before going in for surgery on the 22nd of April. Healing will be one week after before I will be able to shower. Great place to pay $21 for fast (5mins) uneven haircut. The lady with red hair that assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional to several patrons which ended up leaving (I should’ve done the same). She seemed irritated, was in a rush and gave me an uneven hair cut, plus white dog hair on her towel and tools looked dirty. Good luck!

I went in to get my first professional haircut in a long time, and I was not disappointed. I was lucky enough to have Holly to do my haircut, and she was very kind and laid back. I’m not the biggest on conversation, but she didn’t push, and she was happy enough to keep conversation with my friend (who was there for morale support).
