The woman working on 4/11/21 At 3:30 kept bumping her lunch time up on the door. When we arrived for our original 3 o’clock appointment she had closed for lunch. When we arrived there was a sign saying “out to lunch, be back at 3:30” when we arrived at 3:30 the sign said 3:40. She did not acknowledge us or the fact that she had been extremely unprofessional in missing our appointment. The one that was set by her for her convenience in the first place. I just left after getting a crappy $15 trim….iI was terrified to tell her I didn’t like it and when I asked if she could trim THE REST OF MY HEAD she didn’t seem to happy and continued to tell me why my hair didn’t look even instead of just fixing it! I believe I’ve had this hair for 26 years and know what it does but thank you for letting me walk out looking like a rag doll.
