The lady was nice enough but Im not there for conversation I’m there for a good haircut and I walked away with an uneven mess. And this is a men’s fade as basic as it gets. Kept blaming it on my hair, but for some reason any other barber shop never has trouble. Went back to have her fix it and it’s still horrible . Your Monticello location cut a bald spot on me in July, I should’ve known better. I really don’t see how you operate? People joke about never getting your hair cut at Super Cuts but it’s honestly the truth. Your barbers do not know what they are doing. Paid 30 for this? Now have to go pay someone else to fix it.

If you’re a guy stay away. Youll be in and out of the chair in 5 minutes and $30 short. There’s only two stylists in this place. People line up before they open you’re lucky to ever get a walk in or an appointment. The stylists are nice and polite but this is not a place for guys to go. I promise stay away. . Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in at 1:30 pm. Not a soul getting their haircut. Was told she was “booked up for the day” and only had about 20 minutes so she didn’t have time for me. I’ve never had a haircut take longer than 20 minutes but regardless the place was empty. Would never recommend

I was in a bit of a pinch for my hair. I have an event coming up and my regular hair lady is unavailable. I am a wash and go low maintenance girl. Last time i got highlights was 6 years ago some where else. I would also rather sit in a dentist chair before sitting in a hair dresser chair. Just to give a little background about myself.
