Do not come here they don’t talk to you ask how you like to style it before they start cutting. When you walk in it dead quiet like you are sitting in the morgue. Isabel seems like she is scare of her tools or don’t fully know how to use them fully they aren’t cleaned between people properly. I ask for her to take a inch off the top cause the last time I got my hair cut was 5 months ago so it was pretty long and she took 3 off didn’t part it or anything. Do not come here

I was very happy with my haircut, the price of the cut and wash, and the super sweet gal that did my cut for me. She made it a great experience. It was just her and I in there. I just had neck surgery also so she was very kind and delicate with me. I was hesitant at first just because that’s how I get around Supercuts and Great Clips, but was not disappointed. I got exactly what I asked for.

The girl that cut my hair was nice, but clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I have straight and fine hair without any layers. It’s super easy to cut. The girl that cut my hair must be brand new (she looked 12, but I’m assuming she’s in high school) and was clueless. My hair ended up being uneven in the back, she missed an entire strand in the side, and when I asked for my front pieces to be tapered/angled, she didn’t know what that meant and then cut a chunk out of the front without blending it. I immediately drove to another hairdresser to get it fixed. I don’t think anyone else was in the salon to fix it. I didn’t complain to the kid who cut my hair, but honestly, I didn’t want her to attempt to fix it, so I paid and left.

Do not go to the Gloucester Supercuts! The girl (who looked to be 13) was incompetent. My daughters basic cut was so bad that we left the shop and drove to another shop to have it fixed! When I called the next day and asked to speak to a Manager, she told me that the girl was in training and said she was standing there supervising her. I told her that I was in the shop and that only the one girl was within sight. She replied, “ What do you expect me to do? Everyone has to start somewhere.” I told her if she had a girl with no license in training, then she should not be left unsupervised. Since no one else was in the shop, we presumed the child was licensed and knew how to do a basic haircut.
