I went there today for a haircut and had the worse experience. My stylist made a mistake and went to get the manager. I get that mistakes happen and wasn’t even mad at my stylist. The manager comes and she’s didn’t even apologize. Told me whats done is done. I walked out in disgust. Never going back.

Sigh…I was really hoping I could get a good hair cut. I mentioned to the stylist that I had a special event soon and showed her a picture also. I wanted to keep the length but unfortunately I was taken in when the stylist mentioned it would be better to get a cut than a trim. The whole haircut now looks uneven and is so hard to style. Unfortunately, I have to get hair extensions or a wig because the style is impossible to work with.

if you walk-in you are almost always scolded for not using the app or calling first. (App often doesn’t show schedule)Ideally, welcoming a potential customer and offering wait times would be a bit more hospitable. You really feel like You’re inconveniencing certain stylists to get a haircut.
