No one will answer the phone. Half the time online it says call for wait time…BUT..no one will answer phone! Needs better management and more stylist. Unfriendly staff. I’ve been a Supercuts customer a long time at many different locations…..this one is by far the worse. It’s a shame great location.

I understand that I was a walk in, but when I entered the establishment there was no customers, and ended up waiting 10 mins before the 3 staff acknowledged me, and informed me that they were sorry they wouldn’t be able to help me.

They dont even deserve a 1 star!! Every time you call they’re alwas booked and never have anything available. Close at 5 so don’t bother trying to get a regular haircut after you get off work. Always the worst experience. Can call anywhere else and get right in. Don’t think their employees want to work because I even dropped my son off to get a gair cut thinking he could get in right away since their was no one in there. Was told they were booked. Supersets is a joke and will never get any business from me

Just got my hair done by Michael he did a great job. I have curly hair which had damage from heat/coloring. My hair was very choppy he gave me the layers I needed to make everything flow easily! Turned out perfect without getting rid of to much length. Would give 5 stars but from past experience from them cutting my sons hair( not Michael) I wouldn’t go back. Never was really happy when they finished so i just stick with the barber shop in town regrading my sons hair . I also experienced long wait time . Today I actually got there when the store opened at 9am so I was the second customer no wait time.

Super rude! When we walked in we were not greeted in a friendly manner but instead “Did you make an appointment online?” We answered no and received an eye roll. Other guests started to walk in and the two hair dressers kept mumbling under their breaths complaining like they didn’t want to make money. Salon was also dirty, chipped paint everywhere, not kept up well!! Do not recommend! Spend some extra money and go to a REAL salon where the people like their job.
