Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in for a simple haircut 2 hours before closing and staff acted like I was an inconvenience, as I came in heard one of them look at me and say something like “this is the last thing we need right now” . The same employee checking me in was rude and curt. There was only one other person in the salon. I paid $7 for a hair wash and the water was freezing cold, the person washing my hair asked if it was cold as if she could not feel it herself? I told her yes it was cold! She made it only slightly warmer. I then got one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had, completely uneven, random parts of my hair longer than others. A friend thought I had asked for an asymmetrical cut, but I didn’t! Overall, terrible. During COVID my sister cut my hair outside in the dark using only a cellphone flashlight and it was much better than the cut I just got at Supercuts. I came in for a simple haircut 2 hours before closing and staff acted like I was an inconvenience, as I came in heard one of them look at me and say something like “this is the last thing we need right now” . The same employee checking me in was rude and curt. There was only one other person in the salon. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took my son here on Sunday the 29th of August for a cut. He just wanted a trim to clean up what he already had. This person had absolutely no business having a pair if scissors in her hands. She on had him there for 5 mins and told me 16 dollars. I got home and looked at this mess and can’t believe how bad of a job she did. Complete disaster. I could have done this myself as bad as his hair looks. We will go somewhere else on Monday to get his hair fixed up right today. I will definitely never go back to this place ever again. I took my son here on Sunday the 29th of August for a cut. He just wanted a trim to clean up what he already had. This person had absolutely no business having a pair if scissors in her hands. She on had him there for 5 mins and told me 16 dollars. I got home and looked at this mess and can’t believe how bad of a job she did. Complete disaster. I ended up walking out because I just did not feel that I was respected (maybe just barely tolerated). I got the feeling that older patrons are not particularly welcome at this salon. Very disappointed in the service provided today. From the time I walked in the door, I did not feel welcomed. Staff were very curt and borderline helpful. I ended up walking out because I just did not feel that I was respected (maybe just barely tolerated). I got the feeling that older patrons are not particularly welcome at this salon.
