had surgery and my wrist was in a cast that couldn’t get wet so I scheduled myself a simple shampoo condition and blow out. 45$ later, the stylist applied moisturizer from the root down and I left with a COMPLETELY flat, lifeless excuse of a blowout and hair that already looked greasy and had to be washed again 2 days later. for reference when I wash my hair myself, I typically go 4-5 days between washes and my hair is a little too voluminous. this also took 90 minutes. Will never ever be back

I made an appointment, was just a few minutes late and both stylists were with people. All she said was it will be a min….20 min later still not acknowledged that she’s taking another person after who she has already in her chair. I’m disabled and just couldn’t wait longer. I’m upset she didn’t even care to tell me that it would be so much more longer. Being in chronic pain is not easy and I was in lots of pain just sitting there. She could have told me it would be longer than expected. Especially since I had an appointment.

Today was my first time going into a Supercuts. It was an amazing experience. I want to start off first by saying if it wasn’t for Stacy, the receptionist, I probably wouldn’t have went in. She was amazing, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions before I even came in. She made an appointment right on the spot with LouAnne. When I arrived the place was very clean and welcoming. LouAnne took me right back and made me feel at home. She listened to me and did everything that I asked. Conversation was great and you can that’s an experienced stylist. I will definitely be back to see her. All of the other employees in the shop were really nice too.
