We lost my dad in April. Because of that my mom has had a hard time . She neglected her hair for over 3 months keeping it in a bun the results of that was a very matted hair. Super knotty. I called around with no success luckily got her a hair apt. Was greeted by Wendy today . She took my mom on with no judgement . There was a manager that was telling her to cut it all out she refused ! Trying to save as much as she could . We sat with her for 4 hours while she patiently combed out all of my moms tangles . Also having to tell her other customers she was a hour behind schedule . Because she went above and beyond she saved my moms hair and her confidence!! I feel like I not only gained a new hairstylist but a friend . Constantly checking in on my mom making sure she was ok and not needing a break . And the fact her own boss told her to cut it all out and she was so determined to save my moms hair means so much to us . She treated my mom with the up most respect never judging her once . What’s a 5 star when she deserves a 10 star. The world needs more people like Wendy !!!! Thanking god for her tonight !! Supercutts is so lucky to have her !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Located within a market area, and the time that I walked in was very appropriate coz they did not have clients coming in for the next hour… So got my haircut done without any wait.. and the service was as expected from Supercuts, just that there was minimal conversation which is the way that I like it.

I haven’t use this salon yet. But I call this place to asked if they can do hair color for my son. and the lady said ok you can come in even I already know in 1 hour they will close. But the lady told me to come in! But when I’m there she say she can’t do it for me. Because she almost close but why you tell me to come in? Or you can tell me to come in the next day! I’m so disappointed to that one looks like Mexican lady. You all should make sure when you call this place. So you don’t losing your times. And here my son get his hair done the next day at another salon.
