Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI arrived 15 minutes early for a 12 noon appointment scheduled by someone else with broken English . waited 1 hour. saw six other customers come and go while waiting for Alexandria. She was supposed to leave one curl length on top and short and tight on the sides pretty much gave me a $5 haircut for $20 and I even gave a $9 tip prior to getting a good look. I arrived 15 minutes early for a 12 noon appointment scheduled by someone else with broken English . waited 1 hour. saw six other customers come and go while waiting for Alexandria. She was supposed to leave one curl length on top and short and tight on the sides pretty much gave me a $5 haircut for $20 and I even gave a $9 tip prior to getting a good look.
