Went in for a haircut today. Wanted layers and face framing. I like how my hair turned out, but I would have gone shorter if I felt I could’ve asked for it. The woman went through my hair 3x and on the fourth, I’m pretty sure she said she’d be annoyed but she’d do it if I wanted it a fourth time. So she did it and said ‘one more time, I hope that’s how you want it.’ So at that point, I just wanted to leave since I was clearly bothering her to do her job. Still tipped a nice ten, but still would have gone shorter.

Pre booked and arrived on time. They were already full and took an entire party of 3 before we walked in. They then proceeded to cut all of their hair and got to our pre book almost an hour after the scheduled time. They probably shouldn’t take pre bookings if they don’t mean anything
